Collins named Landmark Aviation FBO General Manager at West Palm Beach

Collins previously was General Manager at Landmark's Rochester, N.Y., FBO for the past three years. He attended Buffalo State College at Buffalo, N.Y., and holds a commercial multi-engine pilot license with instrument rating.
